Linespotting AB ("we"/"us") provides the Review Package — an information and coordination service for property owners who wish to challenge a municipal heritage classification of their property. The Review Package contains:
Delivery is via email to the address you provided in the form, normally within 7 business days after payment is received.
The review fee of SEK 295 is a fixed fee for us to take on your case, review it, and deliver the Review Package. The fee is paid via PayPal at application. The fee is non-refundable after review has begun — see § 03 Right of Withdrawal below.
The review fee is paid regardless of outcome. We do not pre-screen cases to determine if they are appealable, time-barred, or difficult to win before payment. If our review shows that your case is time-barred, has low probability of success, or is otherwise blocked, this will be stated in the Review Package — but the fee is not refunded. You pay for our time and analysis, not for guaranteed success.
A success fee of 2% applies only upon documented success. Definition of success:
The success fee is calculated as 2% of avoided estimated value reduction per the model below. The calculation basis is sent separately to you by email at most 24 hours after the review fee has been paid. You have the right to contest the calculation basis before the success fee becomes applicable. Invoiced only if/when success occurs and you yourself have realized the value.

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. To enable rapid delivery of the Review Package, we offer the following:

What we collect: name, date of birth (YYYYMMDD), mobile, email, property address, property designation, municipality, IP address at application.
Legal basis: contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) — the data is needed to deliver the service you purchased.
Retention period: 7 years per Swedish Bookkeeping Act ch. 7 § 2.
Recipients: Only Linespotting AB staff and Cloudflare Inc. (server/storage provider, EU-based data centers with Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights: You can request access, correction, or deletion. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved primarily before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) if you are a consumer, otherwise before Swedish courts with the district court at Linespotting AB's registered office as first instance.
